Sunday AM Bible Study
Sunday school is designed to train members in biblical convictions (what we believe and why we believe it), biblical character (godliness and how we are to live), and biblical competence (how we communicate the Gospel among one another and nonbelievers).
Optimally, our Sunday school classes are not simply information sessions. Each age-graded class is a platform whereby members learn sound theology, interact with each other, build genuine fellowship in Christ, and consider how to spur one another on to good deeds. All classes, from the youngest children to senior adults, interact with the same topic each week--building unity in the body and enhancing family discussion around spiritual topics.
All Sunday school classes are age-graded (preschool, children, youth and adults) and are designed to be relatively small (for example: 12-15 adults per class average). Our foundational text is The Bible, God’s word. We utilize Lifeway’s The Gospel Project as a common base curriculum; however our teachers are encouraged to supplement the curriculum with timely and pertinent theological enhancements.”
