Toby was raised in Richmond, VA. He first started attending church as a young boy riding a school bus to the local church in Varina, Fellowship Baptist Church. From there was given the opportunity to attend their Christian school from 4-8th grade. As a young boy he accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and understood forgiveness was only through Jesus and nothing and no one else. Toby married his high school sweetheart, Rhonda, and has been married now for 37 years. They have two sons and one granddaughter. Toby has been working in the insurance business for 29 years. Toby has attended Harvest Christian Fellowship since its inception. He has served as a deacon and teacher, helped in outreach ministries, and is currently serving as an elder.
